"In my role as Chief Operating Officer and Registered Manager, I am really looking forward to steering the business strategy towards delivering Faiths Walk Corporate and Company Values as well as ensuring that we deliver on our mission of "Care on your terms".

In order to do this, I will be working with the Senior Leadership team to appoint, Key roles into position, adopt software systems that maintain quality and safety understand and become part of the communities that we work in and build relationships with key people.

Doing this will allow us a business to get it right first time, review and understand how our current business strategy aligns with the CQCs new strategy as well continue working towards achieving and delivering a tailored and bespoke service whilst maintaining the highest standards with the ultimate aim of keeping our customers and workforce happy.
